Location: Srima - Vodice resort area.
The house was completely renovated in 2020 to the highest standard. You will enjoy perfect privacy, your own garden with sun beds, seating area and, of course, barbecue equipment. The beach is only 100 meters from the house.

The house has 4 apartments, 3 of them can be rented. Each apartment has its own parking space in the garden. On the ground floor there is a 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony, directly connected to the garden.
Apartment 1:
Nicely furnished apartment on the ground floor of the house. It can accommodate maximum 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a 180 x 200 cm bed, a bathroom and toilet, and an additional toilet in the hallway.
The living room is connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped according to modern technology, including a dishwasher. There is a convertible sofa measuring 160 x 200cm.
Apartment 2:
The apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, 180x200cm bed, balcony with beautiful sea views. All three bedrooms have a double bed with 180x200 cm beds, one room plus a convertible sofa measuring 160 x 200 cm and the third bedroom has a single bed next to the double bed which is 90 x 200 cm.
The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, suitable for up to 10 people, perfect for 8 adults + 2 children each.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, 180x200cm bed, 3 balconies with beautiful sea view.
