In the quiet surroundings of a small village Pakoštane (near Zadar) is a large family house with four beautifully decorated apartments and 4 mobile houses. Spacious garden with private parking, a swimming pool and terrace overlooking the sea is ideal for relaxing on the sun, relaxed swimming in the pool and playground for the children. We are only 5 minutes to walk away from many beautiful beaches and crystal clear blue sea.

The family house is only 300 meters from the town center and provides a peaceful vacation without noise. If you desire a social event or a night out in the center there is a promenade, numerous bars, night clubs, restaurants, and in summer a lot of fun events. Use your free time to visit also the Croatian national parks and nature preserves that are in close proximity.

Mobile house Edera/Viola/Olivia/Girasole:
Mobile houses are located in the courtyard, near the pool. The cottage has two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with three beds, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and terrace for relaxation. It is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. Guests have a private parking lot. The previously mentioned pool is also suited for children.


 Studio Calla 2+1:
Studio apartment Calla is located on the ground floor. It has a double bed for two persons and one extra bed for one person, small kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The studio is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and you can use free WiFi internet. On the first floor is a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, where you also have the option to stay. In the backyard is a pool, which is suited for children. Guests have a private parking lot.



Studio Rosa 2+1 :
Studio apartment Rosa is located on the ground floor. It has a double bed for two persons and one extra bed for one person, small kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The studio is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and you can use free WiFi internet. On the first floor is a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, where you also have the option to stay. In the backyard is a pool, which is suited for children. Guests have a private parking lot.

Apartment 4+2:
Apartment 4+2 is located on the ground floor, has two bedrooms with double beds and each room has its own bathroom. In the spacious living room with kitchen there is a sofa with the possibility of strength. The apartment has on first floor a large terrace overlooking the sea. Equipped with air conditioning, satellite television and you can use wifi internet for free. There is a parking place in the courtyard. Also, in the backyard there is a pool, which is suited for small children.

Apartment Agave is located on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms; one triple and one double room, kitchen, living room, bathroom and two balconies. The apartment is fully equipped; has air conditioning, satellite TV and free wi-fi internet. The guest has a private parking and a large terrace on the first floor. In the garden is a swimming pool that is suited for children.
