Location: It is situated at Dalmatia, 630 km away from Budapest, 35 km away from Zadar and 8 km away from Biograd.
The apartment house is far from the noise of the big cities, and it takes place between the Adriatic sea and Lake Varjú, in a beautiful mediterran environment, where crystal clear water and majestic panorama awaits the tourists.
The village's relaxed atmosphere and unique natural endowments ensure our Guests' complete relaxation.
The apartment house is directly on the beach, a private staircase leads to the sea.
The beach is rocky and small-pebbled, gently sloping and there is possibility of taking a shower there.
Next to the house there is a coffee shop, pizzeria, ice cream parlol and a bakery as well. The food store of the village is approximately 10 minutes away by walk. Larger supermarkets are located at Biograd.

One-bedroom apartments (2 pieces): positioned at the middle floor. The apartment has an open kitchen (with sofa, TV, coffee maker, kettle, microwave), a bedroom (one double bed) and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a terrace. Max: 2 + 2 people.
Two-bedrooms apartments (2 pieces): one on the ground floor , while the other is located on the middle level. The apartments feature an open kitchen (with sofa, TV, coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven), two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single bed) and a bathroom with a shower. The apartments have terraces. Max: 4 + 2 people.
Three-bedroom apartments (2 pieces): The apartment is comfortable placing greater team or family. Two-storey. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen, bathroom (shower), a bedroom with a double bed. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where the remaining two bedrooms and a living room. Both floor terrace.
