The apartment house is situated 100 meters away from the gently sloping, small-pebbled beach and Vodice city centre is approximately 20 minutes by walk.

Two-bedroom apartments (4 pieces): they are situated on the first and second floor. In the apartments there is an American style kitchen (the kitchen and the living room are together; with a bed couch, a television, a microwave oven, and a balcony) two bedrooms (in one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other there are simple beds) and a bathroom with a shower. The apartments are 50 m2. Maximum: 4+2 persons.
